Once a purchase is made via Tanamera online retail, it is strictly non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please re-check the product(s) ordered and the address of delivery before finalizing your online purchases.
Tanamera online retail currently delivers to addresses in Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Singapore under the following terms &conditions:
Tanamera online retail purchases received after 2pm will be processed the following working day (Tanamera main office in Selangor, Malaysia does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
All deliveries of Tanamera retail products should reach online shoppers address within 2-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 4-5 working days for addresses in Sabah & Sarawak (Free delivery for purchases of RM100 total value and above, where else a flat rate of RM12 will be charged for purchases of RM99 and below).
For deliveries returned to Tanamera Tropical Spa Sdn Bhd due to shoppers none responds to the courier deliver attempts, will be charged for the processing and re-delivery fees, even if the initial delivery was free.
All deliveries of Tanamera retail products to Brunei Darussalam should reach online shoppers address within 7-10 working days (Free delivery for purchases of RM400 total value and above, flat rate of RM65 will be charged for purchases of RM399 and below). Brunei Darussalam online shoppers will be subjected to Brunei Darussalam GST before taking delivery of their purchases/ order and or any other related chargers imposed by the Brunei Darussalam authorities.
All deliveries of Tanamera retail products to Singapore should reach online shoppers address within 7-10 working days (Free delivery for purchases of RM300 total value and above, flat rate of RM40 will be charged for purchases of RM299 and below). Singapore online shoppers will be subjected to Singapore GST before taking delivery of their purchases/ order and or any other related chargers imposed by the Singapore authorities.
- Affected online shopper must make replacement claim within fourteen (14) working days of the purchased date.
- We only provide replacement for faulty products defined as “products with manufacturing defects rendering it unusable”.
- Please write to us at email@example.com we will provide necessary assistance and proper verification. You will also be required to provide photographic evidence to enable us to process your request.
- Should a product qualify for replacement, the affected online shopper is kindly requested to have the defective product repacked as best possible for collection by our courier.
- Subject to availability we should be able to replace the defective product no later than three (3) months of the verification date, unless informed otherwise.
Complaints and Disputes

Tanamera Tropical Spa Sdn Bhd will NOT be liable for any costs incurred arising from the use of this service. All terms and conditions of the services provided by TCC is the subject entirely under the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism.
