Delivery Policy

Tanamera Malaysia online retail only delivers to addresses in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore under the following terms & conditions:

Successful Tanamera online retail purchase orders received after 2pm daily will be processed the following working day (Tanamera Malaysia online retail does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

All deliveries of Tanamera retail products should reach the stated delivery address within 2-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 4-5 working days for addresses in Sabah & Sarawak. FREE delivery for purchases of RM130 total value and above, where else a flat rate of RM12 will be charged for purchases of RM129 and below.

For deliveries returned to Tanamera Tropical Spa Sdn Bhd due to recipients none responds to the shippers deliver attempts, will be charged for the re-processing and re-delivery, even if the initial delivery was free.

All shipping of Tanamera retail products to Singapore should reach the stated delivery address within 7-10 working days. FREE delivery for purchases of RM500 total value and above, flat rate of RM40 will be charged for purchases of RM499 and below.

All shipping of Tanamera retail products to Brunei should reach the stated delivery address within 7-10 working days. FREE delivery for purchases of RM700 total value and above, flat rate of RM65 will be charged for purchases of RM699 and below.

Recipients in Singapore and Brunei may be subjected to taxes and or any other related chargers imposed by their respective authorities before taking delivery of the products ordered.Notice: For all Shipping fee outside of Malaysia during Covid-19 pandemic may change due to high rate provided by our courier service.
